Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the UAE only.

Shipments require 3-15 working days as all of our items are made/assembled by hand, most of which are flown in from artisans across the globe.

Returns:

Lightweight item(s) exchanges/returns for all item(s) are possible within 10 days of receiving the item(s). The item(s) have to be kept ready for collection in its original packing and kept undamaged by the customer or it may be considered non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. A refund/exchange will be issued 7 days after we receive and assess the returned item(s).

Heavyweight item(s) exchanges/returns are possible within 4 days of receiving the item(s). The order needs to be packed in its original packing and kept undamaged by the customer or it may be considered non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable as these are fragile items. A refund/exchange will be issued 7 days after we receive and assess the returned item(s).

The cost of shipping on all returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer unless the damage/flaw is a production issue.

Personal items such as earrings are considered as non-returnable items for sanitary reasons. If you receive damaged earrings while it's still in its packaging, please contact us directly so that we may try to resolve the issue on Whatsapp +971 55 777 4567 or info@rakate.com
